The Problem
Current electric vehicle battery technology is polluting and unsustainable
While EVs are a solution to global climate change and fossil fuels. They do not come without their own issues. One of EVs' biggest problems is how they are handled at the end of life. Battery packs can be recycled numerous ways but almost all have negative side effects such as pollution, toxic waste, high energy or low yields. All of these negative side effects stem from how the batteries are built.

Making electric vehicles sustainable
ACC Industries aims to address the issue of e-waste caused by the electric vehicle industry. By building a battery pack with recyclability and repairability in mind from the beginning, we can bring repair costs down, increase longevity, and also help the environment.

Meet the Founders
Adrien Lee
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Adrien Lee is an engineering student with a long history of building things. From making his first website at nine, to building his first computer at eleven, to competing at the FIRST Tech Challenge world championship, he is well prepared for leading the engineering effort at ACC.
Connor Pavlik
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Connor Pavlik is a mechanical/materials student interested in entrepreneurship, business and its intersection with engineering. He started his journey of engineering in high school which ended with a project for the NASA HUNCH program and his first pitch competition.
Carlos Cardoza
Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder
With a multidisciplinary background and studying mechanical engineering, Carlos focuses on bridging gaps that may arise when management, business, and engineering come together. His main areas of interest are aerospace and manufacturing, both of which he has experience in building drones, working in aero-maintenance, and other projects.
